How to Use the Activity Log to Track Changes

The Activity Log tracks all events and changes in your WeeklySEO account. Use it to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an audit trail.

What's in the Activity Log?

User Actions

Suggestions approved or dismissed

Websites added or removed

Settings changed

Integrations connected/disconnected

Profile updates

System Events

Weekly analyses completed

Crawls started and finished

Suggestions generated

Navigate to **Activity** in the sidebar

Or click your profile → **Activity**

View chronological list of all events

Understanding Log Entries

Entry Structure

Each log entry shows:

**Icon**: Visual indicator of event type

**Title**: What happened

**Description**: Detailed information

**Timestamp**: When it occurred (relative and absolute)

**Actor**: Who or what triggered it (you, system, API)

Event Types

**✅ Success events:**

Green checkmark icon

Completed actions

Successful processes

**ℹ️ Info events:**

Blue info icon

System notifications

Regular updates

**⚠️ Warning events:**

Yellow alert icon
