Why Keyword Data Is Missing and How to Fix It

If you're not seeing keyword data in WeeklySEO, here's how to diagnose and fix the issue.

Common Causes

1. Google Search Console Not Connected

**Symptom:** No keywords showing at all

**Check:**

Go to Settings → Integrations

Look for GSC connection status

Should show "Connected" with green indicator

**Solution:**

Click "Connect Google Search Console"

Authorize with your Google account

Select your website property

Wait 5-10 minutes for initial sync

2. Wrong GSC Property Selected

**Symptom:** Some data but not for your site

**Check:**

Settings → Integrations → GSC

Verify correct property is linked

URL should match your website exactly

**Solution:**

Disconnect current property

Reconnect and select correct one

Wait for sync to complete

3. Privacy Threshold Filters

**Symptom:** Some keywords but less than expected

**Explanation:** Google hides keywords with very low impression counts (<10/month) for privacy reasons.
